At UK Custom Covers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Returning an Item
We accept returns for unused items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in a resalable condition
- The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided (such as your order confirmation or invoice)
Please note that postage and repackaging charges of up to £10 may apply to returns, refunds, or exchanges. Charges outside of UK Mainland may differ.
Before Requesting a Fitment-Related Return
If your item appears not to fit correctly, we recommend first reviewing our fitting guidance and instructions:

If the fitting instructions do not resolve the issue, you must complete our Fitment Issues Form before a return or refund can be processed for fitment-related concerns:
This allows our team to review whether the issue is related to the supplied product or an incorrect vehicle/order selection.
Returns Authorisation
Customers must contact us before returning any item so that a Returns Number or Exchange Number can be issued.
We strongly recommend that all returned parcels are sent using a tracked delivery service. Customers should retain:
- Their Returns Number or Exchange Number
- Their return tracking number
These details should be kept until the refund or exchange process has been completed.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
If a returned item is found not to be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Original delivery charges will only be refunded where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon inspection. Delivery charges will not be refunded for unwanted items.
Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable.

Any embroidered, customised, or otherwise personalised items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
