At UK Custom Covers, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below regarding delivery services, dispatch times, tracking, and international shipping.

1. UK Delivery

Standard delivery within mainland UK is free of charge.

Next working day delivery is available from £7.95.

Please note that additional delivery charges may apply to certain non-mainland or remote locations. See Section 5 for further details.

2. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse on the same working day where payment is received before 2pm, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Orders are typically shipped using DPD Local or other suitable courier services depending on the product, destination, and service selected.

Please note:

  • Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and location
  • Certain products, personalised items, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

3. Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted while nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:

  • Attempt re-delivery
  • Leave the parcel in a safe place where authorised
  • Redirect the parcel to a local collection point
  • Leave instructions for rearranging delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or lack of customer response, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery appointments are not available unless explicitly agreed in advance.

4. Tracking Information

Where an email address or mobile number is provided during checkout, tracking information will usually be sent directly by the courier via email or SMS.

Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor the progress of their delivery.

5. Extended & Remote Delivery Areas

Free standard delivery applies to standard mainland UK areas only.

Additional delivery charges may apply to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Certain remote or offshore postcodes

Delivery surcharges vary depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.

6. International Delivery

We are able to ship to many international destinations.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, parcel size, and weight.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment for goods and shipping charges has been received.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and courier services.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or local taxes
  • Handling or clearance fees

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.

  • Customs delays
  • Additional import charges

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied at the time of ordering.

Additional charges may apply where parcels require redirection or re-delivery due to incorrect address details.
